Everything, Everything (2017 movie) is a loving film about a lady named Maddy Whittier (played by Amandla Stenberg) who is eighteen year old and has an illness that makes her homebound and she does not go out of her home, therefore Maddy does not interrelate with other people. Maddy’s mom Pauline Whittier (played by Anika Noni Rose) who is a medical doctor is looking after Maddy in their home with the support of a nurse named Carla (played by Ana de la Reguera); Carla has worked for Maddy and Pauling for fifteen years. The only people permitted to come into Maddy’s home are Pauline, Carla and Carla’s daughter named Rosa. As Maddy is homebound her aspiration is to see the world outside her home, mostly the sea. When new neighbors came to live with Maddy, it was the first time Maddy has a contact with someone of her own age, a fellow named Olly Bright (played by Nick Robinson). Maddy’s and Olly’s bedroom windows are in view of one another. Olly and Maddy became friends through texting, and ultimately Maddy persuades Carla to let Olly visit her home as long as they stay apart on the opposite sides of the room.
